As a smogger, Victor has the ability to control truck exhaust as a weapon. His daughter is his truck driver, and they earn money by doing odd jobs. Their latest job is transporting another smogger, who happens to be a criminal. While on the job, they are tracked by a group of people who want to capture the criminal for their own ends.
